    2024 INFORMS Group Decision and Negotiation (GDN)

    Appreciation for Outstanding Service Award

    We are seeking nominations for the 2024 INFORMS Group Decision and Negotiation (GDN) Appreciation for Outstanding Service Award.

    The INFORMS GDN Appreciation for Outstanding Service Award honors an individual who has made outstanding Service contributions to the INFORMS GDN Section. Nominees should have exceptional service contributions to the INFORMS GDN Section. The Service contributions justifying the Award may be recent or they may have been made over the recipient's lifetime. The Award will be accompanied by a Citation, to be prepared by the INFORMS GDN Appreciation for Outstanding Service Award Committee, describing the recipient's Service contributions to the Section. The previous recipients of this Award can be seen from this link (GDN Award Recipients). The 2024 GDN Appreciation for Outstanding Service Award is scheduled to be presented during the GDN conference in Porto, Portugal, 2 – 5 June 2024.

    Nominations should explain why the nominee is deserving of the GDN Appreciation for Outstanding Service Award, specifying exceptional service contributions to the INFORMS GDN Section. The nomination letter should not exceed two pages in length and should be submitted to the GDN Appreciation for Outstanding Service Award Committee Chair (see below) prior to the nomination deadline. The letter should be in a suitable electronic form, for example, pdf, and should be received on or before March 8, 2024.
