Proposals should include the following information:
1. Proposed chair and organizing committee.
2. Proposed workshop location and possible date(s), including any relevant information regarding accessibility and appeal for workshop participants.
3. Proposed research theme of the workshop.
4. Venue information, including capacity, nearby lodging and dining options, and potential for social events.
5. Rough projected budget.
6. Potential sponsorship options.
