the Area Operations Management at the Business School of the University of Mannheim is inviting applications for its doctoral program at the Center of Doctoral Studies in Business (CDSB). Our Business School is triple accredited by AACSB, EFDM (EQUIS) and AMBA. The Operations Area's research and teaching is concerned with predictive and prescriptive analytics to advance the understanding of processes and complex decision-making in procurement and supply chains as well as in production and service operations management. With a focus on data, models and decision, the doctoral program in Operations Management offers the opportunity to eventually earn a doctoral degree in Economics (Dr. rer. pol.) and prepares students for a scientific career in academia or for a professional career in knowledge-intensive industries.
