    Dear Colleagues:

    Greetings!
In this episode, I sit down with Sandy Kronenberg, Founder and CEO of Netarx-an AI-driven platform built to detect and prevent synthetic impersonation across video, voice, and email. With deepfake fraud incidents surging by more than 3,000 percent and costing organizations an average of $500,000 per attack, Sandy and I explore how AI can now help defeat AI, transforming defense innovation into a frontline necessity.
We dive into the evolution of deepfake technology, the psychology behind digital deception, and what it takes to safeguard people and data from real-time manipulation. I also highlight how my Commitment–Preparedness–Discipline (CPD) framework offers leaders a practical roadmap for building a high-performance cybersecurity culture-one that blends leadership discipline, continuous monitoring, and technology integration to meet the challenges of the generative AI era head-on.

    Sincerely,
    Dave
