The 2023 INFORMS Case Competition received many excellent submissions, and the finalists were determined after blind review of all submissions by an international committee. Many thanks to the INFORMS Case Competition Award Committee members for their time and expertise, and to the INFORMS staff for outstanding support with the competition logistics.
