As you know, the call for nominations for the INFORMS elections to be held in 2024 to elect members of the 2025 Board of Directors is open.
There is an open nomination process for the President-Elect Board position. There are five Board members who have decided to serve a second term. According to P&P 4.3, first term incumbents may be nominated without opposition for a second term for continuity and stability. These individuals may run unopposed. The positions of which the individual has decided to serve a second term are the Treasurer, VP Publications, VP Information Technology, VP Meetings and VP Education.

Expression of Interest forms received by January 17, 2024 will be considered by the Nominating Committee. Nominations received after that date 'may be' considered. The Nominating Committee will report its nominations on or before February 15, 2024.
