Dear colleagues and students,
We are happy to report that the 2023 Purdue Operations Conference has been successfully held at Purdue University, hosted by the Supply Chain and Operations Management area of the Daniels School of Business. In the past two and half days, 27 distinguished faculty members and 32 PhD students from over 20 different institutes gathered together, together with our faculty and students, contributing 62 high quality presentations and intensive discussions on various ideas and topics. Enclosed please find the program book. We met many old friends and got to know many new friends. On behalf of the area, I would like to thank not only those of you have participated in this event but also those who have help recommend this event to colleagues and students and those who did not manage to come this time. Without their support, we would not have such a great success. We sincerely hope that such a conference is a good complement to other great academic events in the operations community. We will strive to continue such an effort to welcome more friends and future rising stars to visit Purdue in the near future.
