We previously announced that CanQueue2021 (the Canadian workshop for queueing theory and related fields) was scheduled to take place in Montreal on August 13 - 14, and would be hosted by GERAD and sponsored by GERAD and the McGill Management Science Research Centre.
It remains uncertain when in-person events will be possible in Montreal. However, we have decided to have the event on the McGill University campus on October 29-30. (Note the change of venue.) If in-person events are permitted on the McGill campus by that time, then the event will be in person. Otherwise, it will be in a remote format.
The abstract submission deadline is extended until October 8. We will make the decision regarding the event format (in-person or remote) before October 8, to allow attendees time to make travel and accommodation arrangements.
