Dear Colleagues,
Hope all is well and your new year is off to a great start!
This is a call for intent to host the MSOM Conference in 2026. By the MSOM society's tradition, the 2026 MSOM Conference will be held in North America. So, schools in North America are encouraged to consider hosting the conference in 2026.
If you and your colleagues are interested in hosting the 2026 MSOM Conference, please send an email of intent to the MSOM board at Nur_Sunar@kenan-flagler.unc.edu by March 1, 2024. Your intent is not a commitment but rather a starting point for discussion. We will coach your team on the items that need to be addressed for a full proposal, which will be due by April 15, 2024. Please find attached the society guidelines in the form of a list of factors to consider.
For schools that are interested in hosting but concerned about space availability for hundreds of attendees, off-campus venues can be considered. Moreover, schools can consider collaborating with other schools in their vicinity to organize the conference jointly.
