    We are proud to announce the POMS Applied Research Challenge finalists. These finalists have been selected by the academic panel. The winner will be selected by the practitioner judge panel at the POMS Annual Meeting on Friday, April 22.

     

    In alphabetical order:

     

    1) Capping Mobile Data Access Creates Value for Bottom-of-the-Pyramid Consumers – Experimental Evidence from a Mumbai Settlement. Kamalini Ramdas and Alp Sungu (London Business School)

    3) The Co-Production of Service: Modeling Service Times in Contact Centers Using Hawkes Processes. Andrew Daw (USC Marshall School of Business), Antonio Castellanos and Galit Yom-Tov (Technion-Israel Institute of Technology), Jamol Pender (Cornell ORIE), Leor Gruendlinger (LivePerson Inc.)

     

    The final presentations will take place online (check the conference program for the exact time).
