Post-doc / visiting scientist positions are available at the
Institute of Data and Analytics (IDA) at the University of Alabama.
This position will lead and support in the development and publishing research on various topics relating to the IDA's projects. Topics include but are not limited to: Data Acquisitions, Security and Storage, Data Mining, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Health Analytics, Optimization, etc. The postdoctoral scholar will at times need to concurrently complete research goals involving peer review publications and task-driven analytic projects as detailed by extramurally funded projects. Opportunities will also be available for the scholar to assist with the development and submission of applications for externally funded contracts and grants.
