We are co-chairing the Health Applications Society (HAS) cluster for the 2019 INFORMS Annual Conference to be held on Oct. 20-23 in Seattle, WA. To help identify and include good research works that we may not be aware of, we have adopted a tool to help healthcare researchers to suggest talks and design sessions. We invite you to either (1) contribute a talk or (2) organize a sponsored session in HAS cluster. We welcome all topics related to healthcare, including but not limited to care delivery/operations, medical decision-making, treatment, pharmaceuticals, or public policy, using any sound methodology. Emerging topics, e.g., machine learning, are especially welcome. If you are interested, please enter your information at
https://tinyurl.com/HAS-INFORMS2019
There are three worksheets/tabs in the file: talks, sessions, and instructions. Please read the instructions before entering your info. Please enter your information as soon as possible, and by March 5th. We will start forming sessions from early March based on this information. March 11th is the deadline in putting in all sessions in the system. May 15th is the INFORMS submission deadline for Contributed and Sponsored Abstracts.
Special thanks to Warren Powell and Guzin Bayraksan for sharing this tool.
Cheers and we hope to see you in Seattle,
Mark and Hui ( vanoyen@umich.edu, huz10@psu.edu )
