Dear Colleagues,
We are organizing a session titled "Machine Learning for Discrete Optimization" within the INFORMS Computing Society during 2022 INFORMS Annual Meeting (https://meetings.informs.org/wordpress/indianapolis2022/) to be held in Indianapolis on October 16-19.
We are interested in applications of all types of Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement) for solving discrete optimization problems (ILP, MILP, MINLP) as applied to various fields including but not limited to Power Systems, Manufacturing Scheduling, and many others. We are cordially inviting you to give a research presentation (15 minutes + Q&A) or a flash talk (5+2 with Q&A or 7 without Q&A) on this topic.
If you are interested, please contact me as soon as possible at mikhail.bragin@uconn.edu. If you would not like to commit but have a younger collaborator such as a student or a postdoc who may be interested, please let them know.
Best regards,
Mikhail Bragin
