I am very pleased to inform you that M&SOM (the journal of Manufacturing and Service Operations Management) has just printed the winter issue that contains the key papers for the 2017 M&SOM Practice-Based Research Competition: 2 winning papers, 1 honorable mentioned, and 3 finalists. These papers represent M&SOM's commitment to publish more practice-based OM research, and it would not be possible without Jeremie Gallien's efforts and the support from the academic and practitioner judges.
