Hi Travis,
Have you explored the Analytics Maturity Model that INFORMS developed a couple of years ago?
It is available at no cost, online at:
https://analyticsmaturity.informs.org/There are 3 main areas (organization, analytics capability, and data & infrastructure), each with 4 subordinate areas. Look at the User Guide (link in upper right corner) for more detail.
I also know that some organizations have had facilitated reviews using this framework and found them to be useful. Happy to provide more information directly.

Subject: Cultivating an analytics culture - best ways to benchmark organizational progress?
I am looking for good examples of how large organizations track their progress incorporating analytics capabilities (from descriptive through diagnostic to predictive and prescriptive). What I am most interested in is how firms have set and validated business targets based on anticipated analytics capabilities maturing and coming on line.
