    Saïd Business School wishes to appoint up to two Career Development Fellows to contribute to the teaching and research agenda of its Management Science group. Based at Park End Street, Oxford, the Career Development Fellows would predominantly be required to produce independent academic research aimed at top peer-reviewed journals and to deliver teaching as required.

    Applications are invited from postdoctoral candidates with teaching experience, preferably at MBA level, and a strong publication record and/or a promising research pipeline. The successful candidates will each hold a relevant doctorate degree in management science or a related field, and be at an early stage of an academic career. They will be active researchers with a strong interest in management science topics, and have a clear plan for his/her research for the 2 years in which they hold these posts. The candidates will also have relevant prior teaching experience, ideally in a business school environment at the undergraduate and MBA levels, and a track record of strong performance in the classroom. The successful candidates will have a genuine interest in developing their career further, and a plan for using these posts as an opportunity to develop into Management Science scholars.

    The posts are offered on 2-year fixed-term contracts and are tenable from 1 September 2017 or at an earlier or later date by negotiation.
