Calling all students (or professors who have students)!

We have a few openings for practice-oriented student presentations at the Fall 2020 Annual Meeting.  The track is called "Student Focused Papers - The Next Generation" and while we aren't quite Star Trek enough to make it all the way to the next galaxy, we do hope to make it to Maryland and this will be a great chance to showcase your skills.

Students (individual or teams) of all levels (undergrad, master's, PhD, recent grads) are encouraged to submit an abstract.  If selected, you will present for about 10 minutes at INFORMS, in a session with other student practice-focused papers.

Beyond the requirements that it be a student presentation, and that it be focused on practice, it's pretty open-ended (transportation?  inventory?  your MS capstone project?  We want to see 'em all.)  Just like Deep Space Nine.

Email your abstracts to me (cmbeam@uark.edu) and the sooner the better; we hope to fill this track very soon.

    Thank you!
