Earlier this month, you received an email from INFORMS asking you to take a few minutes to participate in survey research. This was followed by an email from INFORMS and Avenue M Group containing your unique link to the survey on February 3 (and subsequent emails on February 9 & 17).
Avenue M Group is an independent market research firm that is helping INFORMS conduct this research to better understand the INFORMS community's satisfaction with its products, programs, and services. There are also questions related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
You will receive another email from Avenue M on Thursday which will again contain your unique link to the survey (remember to check your spam folder!). All the information you submit will be kept strictly confidential and your responses will be anonymous, so feel free to be candid. We need your input!
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. In appreciation of your time, INFORMS will donate $1 for each completed questionnaire to their student scholarship fund (capped at $2,000).
