Thanks to your collective hard work, dedication, and support, the INFORMS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Ambassadors Program has been launched!
Now begins our next phase to make this exciting grassroots effort a success. The application deadline for the first cohort of Ambassadors is February 28. The application process is not difficult at all, and I know each of you have many wonderful ideas to move INFORMS forward in terms of DEI, so I hope you submit an application. Applications open for INFORMS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Ambassadors Program!
The INFORMS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Ambassadors Program will bring together groups of members who will work on initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive INFORMS community. The program is intended to provide a platform for our members to engage in DEI initiatives in a variety of areas including workplace practices, teaching, and research, and leverage our capacities as individuals to contribute to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion among the broader INFORMS community. Up to 20 projects will be funded.
