When I tried to make a booking online at the $179 group rate for the INFORMS Optimization Society Conference, I got a "no rooms remaining in the group block" message. However, on Thursday morning at least, I was able to book at the the group rate by calling the Westin Poinsett hotel directly at +1 864-421-9700.
