With a little over a month to go before the Virtual 2020 INFORMS Annual Meeting, we want to take this time to remind our presenters of important upcoming deadlines.
October 2: Presenters will receive an email that will include uploading information for your pre-recorded presentation. See below for step-by-step instructions to walk you through the upload process.
- Click the link provided in the email to take you to the Virtual 2020 INFORMS Annual Meeting Presentation Upload Portal.
- The page will contain the name of your presentation(s).
- Click on the presentation name to upload your pre-recorded video.
- Once the file is uploaded you will be prompted to agree to the terms and conditions required to present at the meeting. If you have multiple presentations, you will be prompted to click agree each time you upload a file.
- The meeting platform will remain open to upload from October 5-12. You may return any time prior to the deadline and replace your file by clicking the "Edit Files" button to access your previously uploaded file(s).

October 5-12: You will have a full week to upload your pre-recorded presentation. See Tips for Presenters for guidance to help you craft a great presentation.
October 12: This is the last day to edit your abstract, as well as the deadline to upload your presentation video.
- Go to: https://www.abstractsonline.com/dashboard/login.asp?aId=475
- Enter your INFORMS login details and click "Login"
- Use the grid icon in the upper-left corner to navigate to "Annual Meeting 2020"
- Select the "Submissions" tab at the top
- Click on your abstract title to edit any part of it and complete your submission
