    Dear Colleagues,

    We woul like to invite you to participate in the Ninth POMS-HK International Conference, which will be held in the beautiful campus of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) from 6th to 7th in January 2018.

     

    The theme of this year's conference is "OM and Analytics-the New Horizon." Professor Teck Ho from National University of Singapore and Professor Yinyu Ye from Stanford University will be the keynote speakers. In addition, Professor David Simchi-Levi from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Professor Sridhar Seshadri from Indian School of Business will offer tutorials in the conference.

     

    The conference will organize student paper competition and grant the Best Student Paper Awards to recognize excellence of student participations. It will also host a lunch colloquium of Academic Job Market of Asia, which can provide useful information to those interested in academic opportunities in Asia.

     

    The important dates are as follows.

    • Submission of abstracts: 30 October 2017
    • Submission of Best Student Paper Award: 30 October 2017
    • Notification of acceptance/rejection/revision of abstract: 27 November 2017
    • Registration deadline for presenting authors: 11 December 2017
    • Early bird registration deadline: 5 December 2017
    • Registration deadline: 18 December 2017
