ELAVIO 2022 will take place in the city of Monterrey, Mexico, between 13 and 17 June 2022. Monterrey is known as the "City of Mountains" and is recognized as the "Industrial capital of the country" since it hosts the headquarters of several well-known Mexican companies. Host universities will be the Tecnológico de Monterrey and the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, two of the main centers of scientific production in the country and the region. But ELAVIO 2022 will be held at the Monterrey campus of Tecnológico de Monterrey. Given the importance of networking and social activities to foster research contacts and collaboration opportunities, we plan to have an on-site school.
The program of ELAVIO 2022 will include four tutorial courses by international invited speakers, and four to five short talks by local researchers and invited speakers. Additionally, the program includes three parallel sessions (+1 spare parallel sessions if needed) where participants will have the opportunity to present and discuss their work. Additionally, networking and cultural activities will be included at the end of the first day. Besides, on Wednesday we will have a tour to enjoy the natural surroundings of Monterrey.
