In the upcoming weeks, the INFORMS Minority Issues Forum (MIF) will be hosting a Research Webinar Series with minority researchers and practitioners. These are biweekly seminars that will showcase the research done by academics and practitioners who belong to the underrepresented minority groups.Tomorrow, July 30, 2021, we will have our first research panel with two professors, Dr. Carlos Gonzalez-Calderon and Dr. Johanna Amaya, who will share their research in Freight Transportation. Carlos Gonzalez-Calderon is an associate professor of the Civil Engineering Department at Universidad Nacional de Colombia Medellin and Johanna Amaya is an assistant professor of Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University.
