    Dear Members,

We hope you are all managing during these challenging times.  In the effort to help to flatten the curve, many INFORMS members are transitioning to remote instruction.  The Committee on Teaching and Learning (CTL) would like to announce our upcoming webinar:

Event:               Webinar on "Issues in Transitioning to Remote Teaching of OR/MS/Analytics: A Discussion"

Date:                 April 24th, Friday, 1:00-2:15 pm

Registration:    Registration is not required. Information to join the webinar can be found below

This webinar will serve as an open problem-solving workspace for members to meet and discuss issues related to the transition to remote instruction.  It will be a panelist-led open discussion around topics such as student engagement and assessment for remote teaching.

We hope you will be able to join us and share your insights and questions.  We are soliciting your questions on transitioning to remote instruction, especially end-of-term issues.  Please respond to this post with your thoughts. If you would prefer you may send your question to ndesnoye@sju.edu and kkc2139@columbia.edu . We will also accept questions during the webinar.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the webinar.

    Best,

    Neil Desnoyers
