The scientific program includes outstanding plenary, keynote and tutorial talks presenting the contributions of Operations Research to timely grand challenges such as COVID-19, humanitarian decision making and collaboration, catastrophe risk management, fairness in resource allocation, and the transformation of our energy, industrial, and mobility systems. The invited speakers will review state-of-the-art techniques from continuous optimization, discrete optimization, bilevel optimization, and robust optimization. In addition, this year we will have a special round table session dedicated to research funding with speakers from academia, industry and the public sector.
