We are happy to announce the exciting events that we at WORMS (Women in OR/MS) have planned for the upcoming 2022 INFORMS Business Analytics Conference in Houston. In particular, we are organizing a Professional Development session entitled "The Great Re-Definition: Defining Power Through Pay Negotiation," presented by Jessica Dowches-Wheeler, CEO & Leadership Coach at Bright Space Coaching, on Monday, April 4, at 10:30-11:20am. We also have Q&A event "Cocktails and Conversations" on Monday, April 4, at 4:40-6:30pm, where Polly Mitchell-Guthrie, VP, Industry Outreach & Thought Leadership at Kinaxis, will share her experience and wisdom. Finally, the Networking Breakfast will be held on Tuesday, April 5, at 7-8am.
