There are less than two weeks to go before we welcome you to the Virtual 2020 INFORMS Annual Meeting! Be sure to check back often to the Tips for Attendees page for frequent updates to help you quickly and seamlessly navigate the virtual meeting platform.
The platform will open for attendees on Friday, November 6, to provide you time to familiarize yourselves with the meeting platform. You will receive an email with a link and login instruction on Friday, and will also be able to access the platform from several locations on the Annual Meeting website. You will not be able to view the sessions at this time, however you will be able to build your meeting schedule by adding sessions you are interested in attending to your meeting playlist.
Navigating an Annual Meeting session
In addition to a preview of the meeting lobby and sneak peek of the Virtual Career Fair, we have added a walk-through of a sample meeting session to the Tips for Attendees page. Highlights include:
Each session will play at its scheduled time during the meeting and will include the opportunity to participate in a 15-minute face-to-face Q&A with presenters via Zoom at the end of the session.
