You are invited to the inaugural Stanford GSB Rising Scholars Conference on October 27 and October 28, 2020, for diverse PhD and postdoctoral students from across the country to present their research work and interact with faculty at Stanford GSB and from other institutions. The objectives of the conference are to help rising scholars gain research insights, valuable exposure, and faculty mentorship that will benefit them for years to come.
Because of our strong belief in the value of diversity (broadly defined) in the pursuit of our educational mission, Stanford GSB strongly encourages participation from under-represented groups, as well as from others whose backgrounds and experience would bring additional dimensions to the educational experience.
Call for Abstracts
PhD students and postdocs who are interested in presenting research at the conference are invited to submit abstracts for review. Abstracts are limited to one page in length and may be for works-in-progress or complete research papers. The deadline for submission is September 8, 2020. Presenters will be notified by October 1, 2020.
