Earlier this week, at the White House Summit on Federal Acquisition & Supply Chain Management, Margaret Weichert, Deputy Director for Management at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), announced a call for ideas to help shape how the government obtains and leverages acquisition and supply chain expertise.
