    Tenure-track faculty position for Assistant or Associate Professor in Operations Management


    The Scheller College of Business at The Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the Operations Management (OM) Area at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank starting fall 2020.  The minimum requirements are to have a Ph.D. in Operations Management or a related area by July 1, 2020, to be highly committed to excellence in research, and in teaching graduate and undergraduate students.

    The OM faculty at Scheller is committed to high quality research in areas including business analytics, global supply chain management, knowledge management, management of technology, new product and process development, operations strategy, revenue management, and sustainable operations – spanning both analytical and empirical methodologies.  The OM area has an active doctoral program with a strong placement record. In addition to offering the required core course at the graduate and undergraduate levels, the OM area also offers several electives.
