Please consider submitting your best papers in the field of OR and MS with applications in natural resources to ENRE Best Publication Award in Natural Resources. You can see the description of the award below.
The ENRE Best Publication in Natural Resources in 2017 will be given to the best refereed journal article published during the calendar year of 2014-2016. The winner(s) will be invited to give a short presentation of the winning paper in the ENRE Section Awards session during the INFORMS Annual Meeting in 2017. The award includes an official plaque/certificate from INFORMS.
Membership during the year of the nomination will be a requirement for the nominator. Membership for the nominee is not a requirement. The award will be presented at the INFORMS Annual Meeting of that year. Nominations will be received until June 30. Nominated publications will be judged by committee members with respect to impact and originality.
The nomination process consists of sending of a nomination package containing:
(1) An email to Dr. Taraneh Sowlati (taraneh.sowlati@ubc.ca)
(2) The email should include information on the nominator, nominee, full reference of the article
(3) A copy of the article written in English.
