To provide more engagement opportunities for service operations scholars, the POMS College of Service Operations is launching a series of online workshops covering teaching, research, and beyond, organized by its Member Engagement Committee. 

In the first online workshop on Aug 19, 3 pm EST via Zoom, our guest speaker will be Professor Joy Field (President of Decision Sciences Institute) from Carroll School of Management, Boston College. She will discuss a recent Journal of Service Research publication, "Service Research Priorities: Managing and Delivering Service in Turbulent Times" https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.1177/10946705211021915. 

In addition, to better serve the service operations community, the Member Engagement Committee will also discuss future in-person and online engagement opportunities.
