It is my pleasure to announce the finalists of the 2020 Public Sector OR Best Paper Award competition. We received nearly 50 submissions this year, from many different areas of Public Sector topics. It was truly an impressive set of papers. I am very thankful to the many judges who devoted considerable effort. We will announce the winner at the PSOR Business Meeting at the upcoming Virtual INFORMS conference in November. Please also plan on attending the PSOR Best Paper Competition Session, TD20 on Tuesday, November 20, 4:30-5:45pm, where the finalists will present their work.
