The Department of Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Católica del Norte (IE-UCN), Antofagasta, Chile, is seeking to recruit full-time tenure-track faculty at the academic rank of Assistant or Associate Professor with Ph.D. in the fields of Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or Production Systems. To be considered for the associate professor rank, applicants should have well established, externally funded, Ph.D.-level research area and have made significant progress towards establishing an international reputation, including publications in the best journals in their field(s) of study.
Successful candidates will develop and sustain an externally funded research program, teach and develop undergraduate and graduate courses and laboratories, supervise graduate student research, engage in scholarly and professional service activities, and promote diversity.
