Overview
ITA International is a global service provider leveraging subject matter expertise, data analytics and technology ensuring mission success for customers, "In The Arena." ITA is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to work at the DHS Science and Technology Directorate in Washington DC for an anticipated award in March of 2021.
Responsibilities
The Lead operations research systems analysis in support of Operational Studies and Analysis will be able to:
- Design, develop, and apply a variety of decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques, modeling and simulation, and other analytic methods combined with judgment to solve complex operational and planning challenges
- Develop assessment information, decision briefings, and analytical papers, and facilitate senior leadership decisions
- Oversee research, administer studies, evaluate survey results to obtain data, and analyze data to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory...
- Consult with client or department heads to ascertain and define need or problem area, and determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution
- Lead analytic efforts and effectively lead small teams of analysts mentoring and assisting in their application of analytical skills across a wide range of disciplines.
