    We hope that you are enjoying INFORMS Connect. A frequent question we receive is how to update your delivery of emails. It only takes a couple of clicks, and you are all set!

    Here’s how you can set these preferences by community:

    • Go to the INFORMS Connect home page at http://connect.informs.org/home.
    • At the top right, click on the Sign in button and log in with your INFORMS username and password (the same as you’d use to log in to the Self-Service Center).
    • Once logged in, click on the down arrow next to your profile photo in the top right.
    • Click on the Profile button.
    • Click on My Account > Community Notifications.
    • On this page, you’ll see a list of all the communities to which you belong. (If you are only a member of INFORMS, you will just see Open Forum.) Click on the drop-down menu to select how you’d like to receive email notifications when someone posts to that community discussion:
      • Real Time – you receive one email for every post 
      • Daily Digest – you receive at most one email per day, containing all the previous day’s posts
      • No Email – you will not receive anything in your inbox when there are posts (however, you can see discussion posts whenever you choose by logging in to INFORMS Connect and navigating to your community page)
