Next month I’m once again offering the INFORMS Continuing Education course, “Essential Practice Skills for High-Impact Analytics Projects.” It will take place on November 18-19 at Johns Hopkins University.
The course outline is as before, (View Here), introducing a very flexible, customizable process and a rich, versatile toolkit of soft skills for increasing your effectiveness in real-world projects.
My question is for previous attendees, as well as other professionals interested in sharpening these skills. Which course tools and topics seem to be the most important, in your experience? Are there any additional topics or real world problems that you are experiencing at work that you would like to discuss?
