In partnership with The PhD Project, it is our great pleasure to share information about the Tenure Project!

If you are an underrepresented minority (URM) junior business school faculty, we invite YOU to attend our inaugural Tenure Project conference.  The Tenure Project is intended for Black, Indigenous, Latinx, US citizens seeking tenure in US Business schools.

And, we invite everyone to help spread the word! The goal of the Tenure Project is to help underrepresented minority (URM) business school faculty attain tenure. This is an action-oriented conference, aimed at providing the resources junior faculty need to succeed for their specific discipline (e.g., friendly reviews, connections to senior editors and faculty, demystifying the tenure process). Importantly, it's the one opportunity where the ~155 junior URM faculty at business schools can get together in community.

The Tenure Project conference will be held at the University of Washington Foster School of Business from August 1-4, 2022. We ask that you register by May 15.
