Thanks for your feedback Eric! Privacy is a big concern to us too! The default setting for emails is currently set to "My Contacts," which we thought would be acceptable if you agreed to connect with them. The only things that are set to "Public" are profile pictures (most of which haven't been updated yet), blogs (not turned on yet), Company Name, website url, and your bio. Members can always choose to share more if they wish, under Profile> My Settings> Privacy.
You are always able to see all of your own information.

Like many members, I use my home address as my mailing address for INFORMS communications. I find it highly unprofessional that INFORMS defaulted the address sharing setting to either "Public" or "Members Only". As is, I can currently gather the addresses of anyone on INFORMS Connect that has not changed their privacy settings. More malicious individuals could probably use this information to their advantage.
Please be aware of this and update your privacy settings as soon as possible.
