My acquired experiences as a data analyst, an engineer, an estimator, support instructor, and a MBA are adaptive to a variety of industries. My undergraduate degree in electrical engineering was earned from Penn State University in 2000. After earning my MBA at Mount Saint Mary’s University, I completed a graduate certificate program in business analytics through the Penn State World Campus. I earned my Data Analytics MPS through the Penn State World Campus in 2020. Additionally, I have experience co-teaching business analytics courses for the Penn State Smeal College of Business Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems. In my professional career I have worked as data analyst at Bechtel Corporation in the Big Data and Analytics Center of Excellence (BDAC). Within BDAC I help to identify opportunities to leverage Bechtel’s vast wealth of data to facilitate improvements on projects and for the enterprise. This includes supporting data science use cases and developing BI dashboards for executive consumption.
Currently, I am a cost estimator at Leidos Biomedical Research in Frederick, MD. I am a doctoral student at Hood College, pursuing a DBA with interest in the topics of data culture management and monetization.
