We're looking for volunteer members to help guide their fellow attendees, share their knowledge and experience, and promote the INFORMS community before and during the Annual Meeting this October.
If you enjoy connecting with others, we need your help! Activities may include:
- Participating in a webinar weeks before the Annual Meeting (virtual)
- Helping promote the conference on social media (virtual)
- Attending and/or speaking at the New Member Breakfast (onsite)
- Assisting staff at registration (onsite)
- Assisting staff at the INFORMS booth (onsite)
- Answering attendee questions about the meeting (virtual and onsite)
The meeting can be overwhelming, especially for first-timers, and encouragement from a peer goes a long way towards helping all attendees make the most of the meeting. You must have attended at least one Annual Meeting previously to apply.
