New INFORMS Member Management Platform

We are excited to announce that INFORMS will be launching a new member interface and management software platform that will provide you with a more streamlined and user-friendly platform to interact with INFORMS and other members.  

The new platform features a single sign-on that enables you to seamlessly and securely navigate the site, whether you are renewing your membership, registering or submitting an abstract for a conference, accessing our journal articles, or simply updating your preferences. Plus, enhanced professional profile options will allow you to better customize your INFORMS experience.

In preparation for this transition, we want to make sure you are aware that starting at 4pm EDT on Friday, March 13, until 8:30am EDT on Monday, March 16, you will be unable to log in to the INFORMS Self Service Center. On Monday morning, March 16, you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password in order to access the new platform. During the transition, there will be additional impact to INFORMS Connect and PubsOnLine as these systems are integrated into the new platform and as the single sign-on takes effect:

  • Connect - Members will need to continue to use their old password to log into Connect until the end of the day on March 16
  • PubsOnLine - Members will be unable to access PubsOnLine from 5-8pm EDT on Friday, March 13 (with the potential for additional maintenance from 5-8pm EDT on Saturday, March 14), and will need to continue to log in with their old password until the end of the day on March 17
