Alicia Bridges is a Principal Analyst with Innovative Decisions, Inc. with over 20 years experience providing decision support to commercial and federal government clients. Her experience in project management, as well as expertise in developing automated decision tools and models, helps to enable strategic decision making for senior leadership for a variety of customer organizations. Alicia has used data science, predictive analysis, statistics, and other operations research techniques in support of infrastructure planning for the Department of Defense (DoD), requirements prioritization for Cyber Security organizations and analysis of alternative architectures. She has a history of providing consulting expertise in decision analysis, including Multiple Objective Decision Analysis (MODA), decision modeling and cost, schedule and risk analysis. Alicia’s special interests include multicriteria optimization and linear programming, the former of which she’s employed in helping determine budget allocations for major DoD acquisition programs. Other interests include machine learning, data analytics, cyber security and risk analysis. Alicia has an MS in Mathematical Sciences/Operations Research from Clemson University and BS in Mathematics (Actuarial Science) from Howard University.
