Developing Machine Learning models for making real-world decisions requires a robust process and a disciplined approach to value realization from the models. In this presentation and workshop combination, the Model Development Lifecycle of typical AI models will be first discussed followed by a workshop focusing on the Machine Learning design considerations for real-world business decisions.
