I am a mathematics instructor with research interests in mathematical modeling, operations research, optimization, and graph theory.
I completed my Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics at Illinois Institute of Technology in 2020, where my thesis research involved a collection of civil infrastructure network optimization problems. As an undergraduate I attended the Mathematical and Theoretical Biology Institute summer program at Arizona State University, conducting research dealing with mathematical models for epidemiology.
In addition to working as an instructor I am a hobbyist independent game developer, making games and demonstrations to show off cool math things in an interactive medium. My non-mathematical hobbies include Dungeons & Dragons, cooking, running, and game design.
