Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification

Take the first step towards mastering Lean Six Sigma methodologies with the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training. Take the exam to earn your certification on site at the conclusion of the training session that provides a comprehensive introduction to Lean and Six Sigma principles. Concepts and methodologies will be explained and illustrated by the course instructor. You will gain insights into value streams, waste, and basic lean tools as well as data collection and interpretation, specifically as it relates to the processes.  

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Define a plan for implementing Lean Six Sigma in your organization
• Interpret the nature of the variation found in all processes
• Identify and eliminate waste within operations
• Recognize the DMAIIC model used to improve processes
• Explain the Lean Six Sigma methodology and the benefits of a Lean Six Sigma program

Once you have successfully completed the examination, the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers will award the Yellow Belt Certificate with a digital badge and certificate.
