Only a few days remain to submit your abstract for CanQueue 2026, which will be held on October 16-17, 2026, at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary.
CanQueue is one of the premier queueing conferences in North America, dedicated to advancing the development and application of queueing theory and related stochastic methodologies, including empirical and behavioral studies of service systems.

The conference provides a unique forum for leading Canadian and international scholars to exchange ideas on cutting-edge research, discuss emerging challenges, and establish new collaborations. This year, we are pleased two distinguished keynote speakers: Prof. Rouba Ibrahim from University College London will discuss how delay information shapes queueing system performance by combining heavy-traffic analysis and behavioral experiments. Prof. Ramandeep Randhawa from USC Marshall School of Business will talk about how data-driven queueing can improve access, timeliness, and fairness in justice systems.
