Registration for the 2024 MIP International Workshop, to be held Dec 2-6, 2024, at IIT Bombay is now open!
You can find instructions and other information at Workshop Homepage.
The MIP Workshop is a single-track workshop series highlighting the latest trends in mixed-integer programming and discrete optimization, with speakers chosen by invitation, and poster presentations open to students and postdoctoral researchers. It brings together researchers, students, and industry actors from around the globe, fostering collaboration and providing a showcase for students, early career academics, and developments in industry and novel applications. International MIP Workshops are held in addition to the classical MIP Workshop series (see here for the list of past events) and in countries other than the USA/Canada. MIP International 2024 is supported by the Mixed Integer Programming Society (MIPS), a section of the Mathematical Optimization Society (MOS).
We also take this opportunity to invite poster submissions from the community. We welcome submissions from all levels, e.g., students, postdocs, and faculty. However, due to space constraints, preference will be given to students. The poster session will involve a best poster competition available only to students. Finalists selected for the best poster competition will be eligible for travel support funds. Poster submissions that are not selected as competition finalists may still present their poster (space permitting), but only finalists are eligible for the competition and for travel support.
This is the inaugural international edition of the workshop.
Have a good day,
