Tune in for a timely and informative webinar about the impacts COVID-19 is having on global supply chains. What started as a virus, has rapidly grown to a deadly pandemic which is now disrupting global supply chains that will take time to recover. David Simchi-Levi, a well-known INFORMS member and editor-in-chief of the INFORMS journal Management Science, leads the talk about the need for a quick response to this challenge. He will introduce concepts and methods that supply chain executives can use to identify critical suppliers; assess the impact of these suppliers on their business; develop a recovery plan that secures capacity and addresses business challenges. Simchi-Levi is a Professor of Engineering Systems at MIT. He is considered one of the premier thought leaders in supply chain management and business analytics.
